Mala Beads are a sacred tool that are especially potent when created yourself, allowing you to infuse your unique intention in every knot.

Mala Beads are used to tangibly anchor the mind in Mantra meditation, and are a touchstone for your intention throughout your life.

In this workshop you will be guided through an intention meeting meditation, some gentle movement & the steps to make your Mala Beads.

All materials are included in this workshop, string, 108 beads, guru bead and tassel with a range of different crystals, woods, string and tassel colours to choose from.
