Crystals are imperfect, and our creations aim to illuminate the natural beauty of the crystals themselves, this is the nature of this art form.

These are wearable pieces of art, amulets of intention and ritual and it is only natural that they will wear over time with use. We will not offer refunds for wear and tear. 

Although, if your piece is damaged in postage or breaks soon after purchase (7 days), contact us and we can arrange to remedy this so you can wear your special piece as soon as possible. 

The Chrysalis Effect does not offer refunds or exchanges due to change of mind. No refunds will be made for earrings.
